At Layered Creations, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Most of our cookie cutters are customized, and all of them are food-related items that cannot be resold once they’ve come into contact with food. For health and safety reasons, as well as the made-to-order nature of many of our products, all sales are final.

If you have any concerns about your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a

damaged product) or purchased a non-food related product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
