A simple, respectful approach to visitor information.

When you visit this website, our server processes standard request information needed to deliver the page and protect the site. This can include your approximate location, device category, landing page, and referring website.

Visitor notifications

We use this information to send the business owner a notification when a new visitor arrives. Internet addresses are converted into a one-way identifier so repeat visits can be recognized for 24 hours. Raw visitor addresses are not included in notifications or retained in the visitor history.

Approximate location

Location is estimated from an internet address and may identify a city, region, and country. It is approximate and may be inaccurate. A third-party geolocation service processes the address only to provide this estimate.

Orders and payments

Website payments are processed by Square. Square collects and processes payment and shipping details under its own privacy terms. We retain the order reference, purchased item, order status, amount, and contact details needed to produce the order, provide support, and confirm whether a customer review came from a website purchase. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Customer support

When you start a support conversation, we retain the name, email address, and messages you submit so we can respond and maintain the history of your request. The conversation key stored by your browser lets you reopen that conversation on the same device.

Product reviews

Reviews are accepted only after a completed website purchase and are moderated before publication. If approved, the review text, rating, review title, chosen display name, and a “Verified website purchase” label may appear publicly. Your email address and order details are not published with the review.
