The light blue is a starry glow in the dark material. See images for how it looks in the daylight as well as how it looks with no lights. The black is a glitter black. 
The sizes of each of the clouds, moon, and stars are 4.5” tall including the stick and 2” wide. The Happy Birthday sign is approx 7.6” tall and 5” wide. It will vary slightly based on number of letters in the name.
We 3D print all of our items with food safe material. Please only wash by hand with warm water, these are not dishwasher safe.
